Pegam collects personal information about people who use our direct mail automation services, as well as about people who are employed at our business customers, referred to as "Business Users."
Pegam is not a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The businesses who work with Pegam store customer information in their CRMs or similar systems. Pegam passes along all customer information to the CRM used by our business partners for further processing and review.
